At ivka.in, we care about your hygiene and safety. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of hygiene products like sanitary pads, napkins, and tissues:

• We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
• Returns are only accepted if:
  • The product is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

2. Return Request

• You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery.
• To request a return, contact us with:
  • Order ID
  • Product photo/video proof

3. Refunds

• Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed.
• Refund will be issued to:
  • Original payment method, or
  • Store credit (if applicable)
• Refund time: 5–7 working days

4. Exchange Policy

• We offer exchange only under limited conditions:

  Exchange is allowed if:

• You received a damaged product, or

• You received the wrong item

  Exchange Conditions:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Valid proof (photo/video) is required

  Exchange Process:

• After approval, we will arrange a replacement shipment
• The exchanged product will be delivered within 10-15 days.
• In case the product is unavailable, you may choose:
  • Refund, or
  • Store credit

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Products damaged due to misuse

6. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
